It's the same as someone else mentioned, (2127019/2127019) after which it goes back to initializing and loops again, over and over. On my end, it does so at the same point, even after two complete wipes of all Blizzard / files.

Still having this issue, and after some more investigating it appears to be the same issue with the update agent crashing and restarting over and over.
